2. Processing

  • We will review your claim within 24-48 business hours
  • If valid, the content will be temporarily removed
  • The affected party will be notified

3. Counter-Notice

The affected party may submit a counter-notice if they believe the content was wrongly removed.

Counter-Notice Requirements

A counter-notice must include:

  1. Physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of removed content and its location
  3. Statement under penalty of perjury of good faith belief
  4. Contact information
  5. Consent to local federal court jurisdiction

Content Removal Policy

Repeat Infringer Policy
